• Prosperitas takes over the full administration and progress of school fees from a certain date and allows existing staff to focus on other important functions.

• Prosperitas becomes an extension of the school that performs day-to-day administration and progress activities of school fees and reports on these activities.

•  Prosperitas receives compensation only if we perform better than the school's historical performance.

Implementation and Action Plan

• The school provides a full set of books for the previous and current year to Prosperitas for evaluation.

• Prosperitas makes a final proposal based on the true figures provided.
  

• Prosperitas suggests that we provide examples of all current documentation including contracts with parents etc. Received for evaluation and suggestions.
